The Wild Spirit Studio

These works begin with stones gathered from a local mine, where my stepdad, Pete Incardona, transformed the larger pieces into incredible creations, fountains, benches, wine racks, and more. His artistry always inspired me. One day, shortly after my dad passed, I was working for Pete in his gallery. I stumbled across a feather earlier in the day and took it as a sign from my dad. That day I had packed some pens in my bag to draw. I looked down and noticed a pile of leftover scrap stones. I picked one up and started drawing the feather I saw. This started my stone art journey. Feathers have always felt like little signs from those we love.

Hi, I'm Amy — a self-taught artist living in Arizona. I grew up in a small western town, where I first fell in love with art by watching my dad paint in his home studio. As a kid, I spent countless hours alone in my room, drawing, surrounded by my animals.

Art was always my quiet companion. For a long time, I let go of that part of myself. But eventually, I found my way back to my creativity.

Now that I’ve reconnected with my art, I’ll never let it go. It’s my mission to share that spark of creativity with others.

Last year I finished my Wild Spirit Arizona coloring book, inspired by my love for animals and wildlife conservation, & am currently finishing my Wild Spirit Safari book. I’m also creating original paintings and stone art.

As my collection grows, I plan to add more art prints and bring my work to life in new ways with collaborations, prints, apparel, stickers, coloring pages, notebooks, etc. I am currently offering an Art Mentorship program for kids, helping them discover creativity and empower them to become the artist they dream to be.
